The client wanted to build with trusses of uniform shape, connected to each other with screws and joints, in order to hang two 3 x 2.5m LED panels and a 4 x 2m screen, and accommodate two 2.25m sound hangers. Ideally, the trusses should be roof trusses, 10m long, 6m wide and 6m high. The stage needs to be stable and have a strong load-bearing capacity. The client expressed the need for a stage truss that is versatile, durable, quick to assemble and maintenance-free.

◉Product Parameters

The designed truss system uses B300 bolt trusses as a whole, including 20 2-meter trusses and a series of 1-meter trusses, ensuring that all standard sizes are taken into account and ready to assemble. The top of each truss column is carefully equipped with a top section and hoist, which can easily hang equipment and lift the roof structure, while the bottom is strategically placed with fixed base plates to ensure the overall stability and integrity of the structure. This scalable system is designed to accommodate a large number of equipment and can be cleverly divided into dedicated LED display racks and separate audio racks, providing the required flexibility for various event needs. The 10m x 6m truss in the system has an amazing hanging capacity. The central large screen consists of 32 50cm x 50cm independent display units, which can be arranged and combined to form a large screen with a coverage area of 8 square meters, which is perfect for creating visually stunning backgrounds or information displays.

Sound and stage beauty are equally important. The entire sound reinforcement area is divided into three parts: core area, audience area and stage area. The core area adopts immersive sound reinforcement. The main program sound signal and effect sound signal are amplified from different speaker groups. The 3-meter truss has a strong load-bearing capacity of 2000 kg, which can support 2 groups of 88.6-inch line array speakers suspended at both ends, so that it can accurately cover the designated area and provide clear and powerful sound, providing a stable and high-quality surround sound reinforcement environment for the core area.Acoustic experience of the concert. There are 12 main left, center and right sound reinforcement speakers on the front ground, and 5 ground fill speakers on the stage platform, which not only allow the front row audience to more intuitively feel the appeal of the music on the stage, but also pull the overall sound image down to the stage direction, so that the sound image positioning of the sound reinforcement system is closer to the stage direction. The six PA speakers around the stage waiting area will enable the waiting actors to clearly hear what is being performed on the stage, thus accurately judging their appearance time. The 15-inch full-range speakers around the audience can be designed with a multifunctional box that can coexist with return and main expansion, which can fully meet the stage return angle requirements. The stage assembly consists of 25 modular 2.44m x 1.22m stages and a step. The stages can withstand a massive load of 750 kg per square meter, ensuring the safety and stability required for any performance. The height of the stages can be fine-tuned to the specific needs of the event setting, and can even be immersed in the pool as a water catwalk stage, adding an innovative and dramatic element to the production.
