◉Customer Needs

The customer wanted to use spigot truss to build a spire-shaped truss. The truss parts of the curved top are not universal. The size is 12*6*5m (L*W*H), and 2-meter sound hanging trusses are installed on both sides to hang two 2m, 250kg line array speakers. The stage needs to be stable and flexible, with strong load-bearing capacity. The customer expressed the need for a stage that can adjust the height of 60cm and has strong adaptability - an assembled stage.

◉Product Parameters

The designed truss system adopts S300 pin truss as a whole, including 28 2-meter trusses and 10 1-meter trusses and a series of single-row truss sub-beams with 8 6-sided joints to ensure that all standard sizes are ready for assembly. The top of each truss column is carefully equipped with a top section and hoist, which can easily hang equipment and lift the roof structure, while 4 stabilizers are conservatively installed on each base to ensure the overall stability and integrity of the structure. This scalable system is designed to accommodate a large number of equipment and can be installed with dedicated LED display racks and separate sound racks, providing the required flexibility for various event needs. The stage system uses 20 2*1m assembled stages, with a wooden platform bearing a load of 750kg/㎡, and uses assembled monolithcs and stage stands together, and the stage is seamlessly connected.
