A client hailing from Honduras aspired to break into the performance equipment contracting industry and thus procured a selection of trusses and stages from our company. The quantity of materials supplied was ample to construct a modest stage truss, and he was keen on the idea that this system could be modular, allowing it to be reconfigured into LED display trusses, catwalks, and lighting trusses to serve a variety of functions. He shared the blueprint of his entrepreneurial endeavor with us: he intended to make his foray into the industry with a limited capital outlay and then scale up his operations by taking on a multitude of small-scale event contracts. His rationale was rooted in the belief that major contractors often overlooked smaller orders due to their lower profit margins,Ignoring a vast market segment comprised of end-private customers in search of cost-effective stage setups. His focus was on events such as weddings, grand opening ceremonies, offline product launch events, and private banquet performances, which he viewed as ripe with opportunity. His strategy was undeniably practical and grounded in sound logic. ◉Design Solutions

In alignment with the specific needs outlined by the customer, we are devising a plan to fabricate a truss measuring 6 meters in width, depth, and height, along with a stage that spans 5 meters by 4 meters in dimensions. This configuration has been selected for its generous space, which allows for versatile segmentation into various configurations to fulfill a diverse array of functions, all while remaining an affordable option for the client. With the intention of catering to wedding banquet clientele, we are suggesting that the customer consider investing in a selection of white tarpaulins to adorn the truss, thereby enhancing its aesthetic appeal and creating a more elegant and customizable backdrop for their special day.

◉Product Parameters

The truss system we have meticulously designed encompasses a selection of 12 trusses that extend to 3 meters in length, 4 trusses at a length of 2 meters, and a series of 1-meter trusses, ensuring that all standard sizes are accounted for and readily available for assembly. Each truss column is thoughtfully equipped at its summit with hoists for the effortless lifting of equipment, while at its foundation, stabilizers are strategically placed to ensure the overall stability and integrity of the structure. This scalable system is designed to hold a substantial amount of equipment and can be adeptly partitioned into dedicated display racks and separate lighting racks, providing the flexibility needed for diverse event requirements.

A 6-by-6-meter truss within this system has the impressive capability to suspend 121 individual 50-by-50-centimeter display units, which, when arranged, coalesce to form a vast screen covering an area of 30.25 square meters, perfect for creating a visually stunning backdrop or information display.The 3-meter trusses, with their robust load-bearing capacity of 95 kilograms, are engineered to support speakers hung from both ends, thereby enhancing the acoustic experience of any gathering.

Stage assembly comprising 10 modular 2-by-1-meter platforms and steps. These stages are built to withstand a substantial load of 750 kilograms per square meter, ensuring the safety and stability needed for any performance. The height of these stages can be finely adjusted to meet the specific needs of the event setting, and they can even be submerged in a pool to serve as an aquatic catwalk stage, adding an innovative and dramatic element to the production.
