How to install the dome truss

Installing dome truss is a dangerous and complicated task, which requires strict follow-up of the installation steps. Next, I will briefly introduce the installation steps of standard aluminum trusses.

Step 1. Install columns on bases

Install truss columns according to the holes on the base.

Step 2. Install sleeve blocks

Install sleeve blocks on six such pillars.

Step 3. Connect bases with trusses

Connect them with appropriate length trusses and the roof adopts curved trusses.

Step 4. Install roof beams

Using 10 curved single row trusses as roof beams.

Step 5. Put hinges

Put 4 hinges on each column and tilt 2 hinges towards the installation direction for easy installation.

Step 6. Install second column

Install the second part of the column and fix top sections and hoists at the top.

Step 7. Use a hoist to erect columns and raise frame

Use hoist to erect the second part of the columns and dome frame.

Step 8. Install 24 outriggers and stabilizer

When the frame is raised to the appropriate height, 24 outriggers and stabilizers can be installed.

Step 9. Continue raise the frame at the same speed

Continue to use hoist to raise the frame at the same speed.

In short, installing aluminum trusses requires the assistance of multiple people and should be installed on a hard and flat ground; Prepare the accessories and follow the instructions, so you won't make any mistakes.
