How to install a truss with a roof

It is very similar to a truss with a roof, it’s also very complex. It has lots of accessories and connection points.

Step 1. Install extended legs

Install the 4 extension legs of the base first.

Step 2. Install columns & sleeve blocks

Install a truss column on the base and put on a sleeve block.

Step 3. Connect 4 truss bases with trusses

Assemble 4 such column bases and connect them with trusses of appropriate length.

Step 4. Connecting roof columns and beams with 4-way corners

Install the spine and ridge beam of the roof in the middle and connect them with 4 way corners.

Step 5. Install 4 double clamps

Install 4 double clamps near each base to fix the main diagonal beams.

Step 6. Install roof beams

Install and fix the 4 main diagonal beams and 6 secondary diagonal beams.

Step 7. Install 4 hinges

Install 4 hinges on each column and tilt it in the installation direction.

Step 8. Install the column

Install the column on one side first, and then install the other side after it is erected and fixed with a hoist.

Step 9. Raise the roof truss and install 16 stabilizers

Apply hoists to lift frame at the same progress risingto the height where the stabilizer can be installed,and install 16 stabilizers.

Step 10. Continue to raise the truss frame

Continue to pull up the entire roof truss to the appropriate height to complete.

Now you obviously know how complicated it is to install a truss with a roof. But don't worry, these products are all similar so you can do the easy part first and then the hard part and you will definitely succeed.
