How to install 6 pillars dome truss

Installing 6 pillars truss is a dangerous and complicated task, which requires strict follow-up of the installation steps. Next, I will briefly introduce the installation steps of standard aluminum trusses.

Step 1. Fixed base and hinges.

Step 2. Place a thickened sleeve block

Step 3. Connect the sleeve blocks with bolt truss according to the drawing

Step 4. Install the roof columns and beams at the midpoint

Step 5. Install the 6 main beams with curved bolt trusses

Step 6. Use clamp to fix the end of the main beam

Step 7. Install 16 curved sub-beams

Step 8. Install the remaining columns on the hinges and install the top-sections and hoist on top

Step 9. Use the hoist to erect the column

Step 10. Use the hoist to raise the truss frame at the same speed

Step 11. After raising to the appropriate height, install 4 stabilizers on each base and continue raising to the planned height to complete

As you can see, building a 6-pillars dome truss is not an easy task. It requires multiple factors, cooperation, skills, safety measures, and more to complete successfully.
