6-column flat roof trusses are generally used for large stages. They can bear more weight than ordinary trusses. The installation steps are similar to the standard installation process.
Step 1. Assemble the base legs
Begin by attaching the four extending legs to the base unit.
Step 2. Set up the columns and sleeve blocks
Attach a truss column to the base and put a sleeve block on it.
Step 3. Join six truss bases using trusses
Construct six of these column bases and connect them with trusses of appropriate length.
Step 4. Mount column hinges
Attach four hinges to each column to secure the attachment of the column's second segment.
Step 5. Set up and align the second column segments
Attach and stand the four additional column sections upright.
Step 6. Employ hoisting mechanism to elevate frame for stabilizer fitting
Operate the hoist to lift the truss frame to the appropriate level where the stabilizer can be securely mounted.
Step 7. Attach 24 stabilizers & raise to final height
Fit 24 stabilizers to the frame and continue lifting it until final height.
It is worth noting that the installation of 6-column flat roof trusses requires the assistance of at least 6 people and they should be raised to the same height at the same time to prevent the trusses from deforming.
